Working with this item depends on the product you are using and the view (template) you choose.

Compact view (monthly calendars only)

Calendar

Once in Display.Church, click on Calendars.

Choose the calendar view you wish to work with.

Choose the Design tab.

Click on Frame and cells.

NOTICE: The link button on the right-hand end is toggled off (greyed out). See below for what happens when it is toggled on.

Find Frame width.

The default is that the size of the frame (space around your items) is measured in PX (pixels) as shown in the image to the left. However you can also have the size measured in %, EM, and REM.

Simply replace the number 15 (as shown in the image to the left) with the amount you wish (more or less).

Enough space? Great.

Too much? Type in a lower number.

Too little? Type in a higher one.

When the link button is toggled on, changing one value will change all values. So instead of changing each input separately, you adjust it in one place and all the others will follow. If it’s unlined, you can set these values separately.

Another option for monthly calendar views is Compact View.

Compact view

As you can see in the image below, the Frame width header has an additional feature for monthly calendars: Compact view.

In the image below Compact view is toggled off (greyed out). Note the space between the rows and inside the cells themselves.

Toggled off

Toggled on

In the image above, Compact view is toggled on (button is blue in brown box above). Note the reduction of space between the rows and inside the cells themselves...as if everything has been "squished".

Click on Save at the bottom of the column to save your changes.
