These two design items appear in that accordion or pop up that shows more details about an event after clicking on the event.
These design items are not related to Show location in card which displays ON THE CARDS THEMSELVES. In other words... not the location crossed out in the two images below.

To help you figure out when Show event location + Link location to Google Maps are available to your calendar/events/card view, use the following table.

To find these design items...
Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).
The Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Choose the calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).
Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).
Step 4: Click on Events (brown box below).
Step 5: Choose the accordion / pop up option to display your event details (depending on what is available in your calendar/events/cards view.
OR
Step 6: Scroll down until you find Show event location and/or Link location to Google Maps.
To modify these design items...
I. Show event location
When the Show event location button is toggled off (greyed out as in brown box below), no location is displayed (brown arrow below.)
When this button is toggled on (blue color, brown box below), a location is displayed (brown arrow below).
Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.
II. Link location to Google maps
When the Link location to Google Maps button is toggled off (greyed out as in brown box below), the location does not have a clickable link. We know this because hovering over the location gives us an arrow icon (gold oval + arrow below).
Toggling on this button (blue color, brown box below), makes the location a clickable link. We know this because hovering over the location gives us a hand icon (gold oval + arrow below).
Clicking on the location will open a Google map in a new tab. Note that the location above and the location in the Google map is the same.
Click Save at the bottom of the column to save your changes.
