OPTION 1: CREATE AN ADDITIONAL CALENDAR VIEW FROM SCRATCH
Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box in image below).
The Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Click on the blue +Create new button (brown box and arrow in image below).
Step 3: The New Calendar Setup page will open. The option you will see depend on your plan.
Starter plan: Calendar Views: Event Lists, Weekly View, Full Cal, Cards (Grid)
Medium plan: All Starter views + Slider, Cards (List)
Pro plan: All Medium views + Detailed List
Each view that is available in your plan will have a Select button (brown box in image below). Click on the Select button of the calendar view you would like to create.
The Select will turn green.
Step 4: The Setup box will display.
4.1 Type in a meaningful Calendar Name.
4.2 Click on the downward arrow to select your integration from the dropdown menu.
4.3 Click on the blue Create button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page. |
Your new calendar view will be created.
OPTION 2: CLONE AN EXISTING CALENDAR VIEW
THE FOLLOWING STEPS ALLOW YOU TO CREATE AN EXACT COPY OF AN EXISTING CALENDAR. IN OTHER WORDS, TEMPLATE (WEEKLY VIEW, CARDS GRID, ETC.) + DESIGN.
If you wish to clone the design of a calendar view in a different template (in other words, create a weekly view which uses the same design as your full monthly calendar), jump to these steps.
Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).
The Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Click on More actions (three dots, gold box in image below) of the calendar you wish to work with.
Step 3: Choose Clone from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: As shown in the image below, you now have a cloned copy of the calendar view you chose.
To use the design of an existing calendar in a different template:
Create a new calendar from scratch (Option 1 above).
Then, in the Setup tab, import the calendar design which you want to use.
EXAMPLE
The Cards (Grid) calendar below has a cyan frame.
I created a new Weekly View. Notice that the frame is white.
| In the Setup tab, will select my Cards (Grid) calendar view to import the design settings and then click on Update.

Notice that my Weekly View calendar now has the same cyan frame as my Cards (Grid) calendar.
