Show only one week or allow viewers to scroll between weeks.

You can display only this week's events. However, you can choose to let your viewers scroll backwards and forwards between the weeks. So, they can see what happened last week or several weeks ago. Similarly, they can see what will be happening next week or in a few weeks time.

To find this design item...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the weekly calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).

Step 4: Scroll down and click on Headers and Links (brown box below).

Step 5: Scroll down until you find Allow changing weeks.

How it works...

In the image below, the Allow changing weeks button is toggled off (greyed out, brown box below). Note that only one week's date range is displayed (blue arrow below).

In the image below, the Allow changing weeks button is toggled on (blue color, brown box below). Note that left and right arrows have been added (blue circles below). In addition, up/down arrows on a red background now appear (purple arrow below).

Clicking on the up/down arrows opens a dropdown menu of weeks.

Viewers can scroll through the options, choosing the week they want displayed.

Viewers can also move through the weeks with the left/right arrows.

In the image below, the viewer has used the left arrow to move to the previous week (brown line below). Note that viewers can always return to the current week by clicking on THIS WEEK (blue box below).

To modify this design item...

Toggle on the button to allow viewers to change the week displayed.

Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.
