How this design item works...
In the image below, we are displaying 4 slides at a time + a 20% preview of the next slide (brown box below). Both Center slides and Loop slides are toggled off (greyed out buttons in blue and gold boxes below, respectively).
In the image below, Center slides has been toggled on (blue button in blue box below).
Look at the slider screen view. We are still displaying 4 slides at a time, but now we have a preview of the upcoming slide (right-hand slide bit) AND a reminder of the last slide in the previous view (left-hand slide bit). In addition, the 4 main slides are nicely centered in the screen.
To make sure that this works well, two more things have happened automatically:
--- Loop slides has been toggled on for you (blue button in gold box above).
--- % of the next slide to show has been reset to "Do not show upcoming" and hidden so that you cannot make changes to it.
Can you toggle off Loop slides?
Yes, you can (gold box in image below). If you do, however, you will see a reminder: "This option works better if you set slides looping." (Red text in image below.)
If you do not toggle on Loop slides, you will most likely NOT get the good results you are looking for. You can already see some of the issues in this image!
