Videos are an effective way to generate excitement about a church event. Instead of your people having to click the link to watch, enable them to watch from within your calendar and/or featured highlights event details.
To find this design item...
| Step 1: When logged in to Display.Church, open the Widgets section (if needed). |
| Step 2: Choose Calendars. Your Calendar page will open. |
| Step 3: Choose the calendar with which you wish to work. |
| Step 4: Make sure you are in the Design tab (brown box in image to the left).

Step 6: In either case, scroll down to the Events section and click on it (blue box in image to the left). |
| Step 7: Scroll down to the Details enhancement section). |
To use this design item...
| When Turn video links into preview is toggled off (as in the image below), the video link in your description appears as a clickable link (URL) (see image to the left). |
| When Turn video links into preview is toggled on (as in the image below), the video link in your description appears as a watchable preview (see image to the left). Your people just click on the play button and watch the video right there, in your calendar event details display.

REMEMBER to click Save at the bottom of the column to confirm your changes.
Even while you are designing, some changes may not display until you click Save.
