Enable your people to subscribe to your calendar(s).
Enable your people to subscribe to individual events.
Both options are easy...just toggle on the options and then tweak the design to your church culture and branding.
TO FIND THIS DESIGN ITEM
Step 1: When logged in to Display.Church, open the Widgets section (if needed). | |
Step 2: Choose Calendars. Your Calendar page will open. | |
| Step 3: Choose the calendar with which you wish to work. |
| Step 4: Click on the Design tab (blue box in image to the left).
Step 5: Click on Subscription. |
TO ENABLE THIS DESIGN ITEM

NOTE: Even if both subscribe buttons are toggled off, some design options will appear. These apply to the popup and should not be there. Full transparency --> At the moment, the logic to remove them is too complex for our builder. It is on our to-do list for the future. So, please ignore them for now.

Calendar subscription

Individual event subscription
| Once this option is toggled on, design options will appear.
NOTE: Enabling individual event subscription will apply to all the events in your calendar. In other words, each event will display a Subscribe button for that event. You cannot do this on an event-by-event basis. |
Subscribe popup design
NOTE: The design items in this section apply to BOTH the calendar and individual event popups. In other words, the popup will look the same for both calendars and individual events.
Exception: RSS feed will not display in the individual event popup even if you turn it on (as it does not apply to individual events). It will only appear in the calendar popup.
To give you design flexibility, there are a lot of design items. Below is a picture of the subscription popup with labels showing the design item names:
