Even though the week may traditionally begin on Monday (or Sunday), this feature allows you to begin your week on any day you wish.
2023.11.08 First day of the week: Weekly view
Weekly view will use now browser settings to determine the first day of the week. So, manual changes are no longer possible.
The reason is that web browser settings are fail-safe and remove ambiguity. If someone is from Europe and comes to the US, for example, then they will get the view they are familiar with.
To find this design item...
Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).
The Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Choose the calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).
Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).
Step 4: Scroll down and click on Days and Dates (brown box below).
Step 5: Scroll down until you find First day of week.
To modify this design item...
The week begins on Sunday.
Click on the dropdown arrow [green circle above] to expand the dropdown menu (a list of the days of the week). Click on the day you wish to start the week.
Now, the week begins on Wednesday.
Click Save at the bottom of the column to save your changes.
