Design: Events - Show event time

Show or hide time information in your event details. If shown, choose the format.

Note: Event time is defined as the main (or only) time of the event. Some events run over several hours in parts, like a schedule. To work with an event's schedule, click here.

To find this design item...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box in image to the left).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the calendar view you wish to modify (brown box in image to the left).

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).

Step 4: Click on Events (brown box in image to the left).

Step 5: Scroll down until you find Show event time.

Let's work with the above event...

Notice that this design item DOES NOT modify the date display in the main calendar view. It also DOES NOT modify the date display in the pop-up/accordion view at the top in the description. Rather, it includes or hides the date in the body of the pop-up/accordion view.

When the Show event time button is toggled off (button is greyed out in image to the left) no time is displayed in the body of the event details (see image above).

However, when the Show event time button is toggled on (button is blue in image to the left), the time will be shown according to the option you choose.
