To make things even clearer for your church members, you can have your calendar views and event alerts display only those events with images, show only 1 occurrence of repeating events, and filter according to calendars, tags and locations.
Part 1: Finding these filters
Step 1: After you log in, click on the product category you wish to work with (gold box and arrow in image below).
For example, if we click on Calendars, the Your Calendars page will open.
Step 2: Choose the calendar or events list you wish to modify.
Step 3: If you are not already in the Setup tab, click on Setup (brown box below).
Step 4: Scroll down until you see Events Filtering.
Part 2: Setting these filters
 Slightly different for Event Alerts:
| Toggle on the Show events with images only button (brown box in image to the left) to just show those items which have some sort of picture or other image. Read more + examples here.
Toggle on the Merge recurring events button (gold box in image to the left) to show only one occurrence of an event which repeats.
Add filter (turquoise box in image to the left): This is where you organize your main filtering. You use the connectors 'and' + 'or' to mix and match between your Breeze calendars, tags, and locations.
NOTE: The default is Calendars / Tags / Locations. So, if you do not select any filters, Display.Church will pull in all events from your Breeze information. |
Click on the blue Update button at the bottom to save your selections.
