Choose how many pills (events) should be displayed on the days of your monthly calendar.

Does your church have a lot going on every day?

If so, that's wonderful! Your people are getting many opportunities to strengthen their faith and benefit from fellowship and community. However, that might make your monthly calendar look a little busy.

Now you can limit the number of pills (events) which are displayed.

How to get to this design item

After logging in to Display.Church...

Step 1: Click on Calendars.

Step 2: Choose the calendar with which you wish to work.

Step 3: Make sure you are in the Design tab.

Step 4: Scroll down to Days and Dates and open the dropdown menu.

Step 5: In the Behavior sub-section, locate Limit number of calendar pills displayed.

How to work with this design item

Toggle on Limit number of calendar pills displayed.

An additional design item will appear: Number of pills to be displayed

Hover inside the number box to show the arrows. Use the arrows to increase or decrease the number of pills (events) shown.

The number you choose will apply to every day on your calendar. For example: You choose 3. Each day will display up to 3 events depending on how many events are happening on that day. This is shown in the image below. While Friday March 1 displays 3 events, Saturday March 2 only displays 2.
