Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Click on +Create new calendar (brown box below).

Step 3: The New Calendar Setup page will open.

At the moment, there are five possible views. Weekly View is in the brown box above.

If we look closer, we see that there is a Select button (brown box below). Click on it.

The Select will turn green.

Step 3: The Setup box will display.

3.1 Type in a Calendar Name.

3.2 Click on the downward arrow to select your API User from the dropdown menu.

Need help with setting up the API? This article will guide you through the process: https://help.displaychurch.events/en/articles/3022662-ccb-integration-setting-up-the-api.

3.3 Since you have already created at least one calendar view, you may wish to clone the settings (use the same settings) to save time on setup. If you do, click on the dropdown menu (down arrow in gold box below) to select the "clone these settings" calendar. Then click Submit (brown arrow below).

Step 4: Choose how your events will display.

There are 3 options: events list, pills, and stacks.

Option 1: Events list

Choosing Display as Events List from the dropdown menu displays your events as a list under your weekly view calendar.

NOTE: The events displayed are for the date chosen. In the example below, the events displayed are for November 5 (brown box below) because the day chosen is Thursday November 5 (gold arrow below), even though the current date is Tuesday November 3 (blue arrow below).

Option 2: Pills

Choosing Display as Pills from the dropdown menu displays your events as columns of colored rectangles under your weekly view calendar.

Option 3: Stacks

Choosing Display as Stacks from the dropdown menu displays your events as columns of separated lists under your weekly view calendar.
