Do your Church Community Builder events sometimes have forms which need to be completed by attendees?

Give them the links to the online forms with this design option.

To find this design section...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars (brown box below).

The Your Calendars page will open.

Step 2: Choose the calendar you wish to modify (brown box below).

Step 3: Click on Design (brown box below).

Step 4: Click on Forms (brown box below).

To modify the items in this section...

SITUATION #1: SHOW EVENT FORM(S) BUTTON IS TOGGLED OFF

When the Show event form(s) button is toggled off (greyed out, as in the image below), two things happen:

#1. No other options appear in this section.

#2. No forms appear in your event details (see image below).

SITUATION #2: SHOW EVENT FORM(S) BUTTON IS TOGGLED ON

When the Show event form(s) button is toggled on (blue, as in the image below), two more options appear: Show form description and Form link button label.

1. If you toggle on Show event form(s), then you must have a label so your viewers know what they are looking at. Type in something meaningful in the Form link button label line, for example: Youth Concert Form, VBS Form, etc. We have typed in "I am a form".

2. In the image above, the Show form description button is toggled off.

Here is what you would see:

3. Toggle on the Show form description button. Button will turn blue. (image below).

Here is what you would see:

This text comes from CCB directly. CCB provides a "Description" text area which we pull in display here. So, if you want to change the description, you would need to do that in CCB directly.

Mix and Match

You can have both a form AND an RSVP/Register in one event as shown in the screenshot above. In this case, clicking on I AM A FORM will bring the user to the CCB form they need to complete.

Here is an example:

To find out more about using RSVP, open this help desk article in a new tab: https://help.displaychurch.events/en/articles/4616280-design-rsvp

Click Save at the bottom of the column to save your changes.
