I. HOW TO FIND THE RELEVANT PAGE
| Log in. Near your Thumbnail (picture and name in the top, right-hand corner), click on the Down arrow to open up the dropdown menu. Click on Manage Organization. |
II. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PLAN
You are on a PAID PLAN.
You are on a FREE TRIAL. (Or just scroll down to Option 2.)
OPTION 1: You are currently on a paid plan.
This means that your page will look similar to the image below.
Click on the blue Change plan button.
The page will refresh to the image below (the first image in OPTION 2 below).
Continue as for OPTION 2 -- start at Step 1.
NOTE: When you change plans, the difference will be prorated and a credit given towards your billing.
We calculate the credits, and you will pay the difference or it would be added to your profile to be used in the future. We don't do refunds.
OPTION 2: You are currently on a free trial
This means that your page will look like the image below.
Turquoise box in image above: You will see details about the plan you are on and the expiry date.

โBrown box in image above: Click to cancel your trial.
Step 1: Toggle the Plans button (gold arrows in image above) to move between monthly and annual plans. At the moment, it is toggled on (blue) and annual plans are showing. Clicking on the button will toggle it off (greyed out) and monthly plans will show.
Step 2: In either case, click on one of the blue SELECT buttons (gold box and arrows in image above) to choose your new plan.
NOTE: Remember to choose to hide D.C branding or not.
Step 3: The Change Subscription page will open. Complete the Subscription details.
TURQUOISE NUMBERS IN IMAGES ABOVE:
Line 1: The name of the plan you are switching to.
Line 2: The cost of your monthly or annual plan, depending on your choice.
Line 3: As we mentioned on our website, there is a one-time licensing fee to use the EventOn software.
Line 4: The length of your subscription and renewal date.
Line 5: Whether you want to save money and keep the DCE branding or not. (Read more here).
Line 6: The total amount your card will be charged today.
Line 7: Click here if you have a coupon code. A line will open (see image below). Enter your coupon code and click Apply.
Step 4: Complete the Billing details.

5a. If you have paid to remove the DCE branding, you will not see a checkbox about this. If you have not paid, we remind you that your calendar and group view will include the DCE branding.
5b. You will always see the second line - Terms and Conditions.
Step 6: Click the blue Subscribe button at the bottom of the page.
