There are a lot of filtering options. Let's get started...
Part 1: Finding these filters
Step 1: After you log in, click on Groups (orange highlighted tab in image to the right).
Your Groups page will open. | |
Step 2: Choose the group view you wish to modify. | |
Step 3: If you are not already in the Setup tab, click on Setup (brown box in image to the left). |
Step 4: Scroll down until you see Filtering.
Part 2: Setting these filters
| Add filter (turquoise box in image to the left): This is where you organize your main filtering. You use the connectors 'and' + 'or' to mix and match between your CCB campuses, departments, publicly listed, and registration statuses.

NOTE: The default is All Campuses / All Departments / Publicly listed / Registration status = Open (available). In other words, if you do not select any filters, Display.Church will pull in CCB groups from all your campuses and departments provided those groups are publicly listed and have a registration status of 'open (available)'. |
Campus | Choose from the campuses and departments you have set up. |
| Publicly listed: Choose between yes and no. |
Registration status: Choose between open (available) and closed (full). | |
Click on the blue Update button at the bottom to save your settings.
