There are a lot of filtering options. Let's get started...

Part 1: Finding these filters

Step 1: After you log in, click on Groups (orange highlighted tab in image to the right).

Your Groups page will open.

Step 2: Choose the group view you wish to modify.

Step 3: If you are not already in the Setup tab, click on Setup (brown box in image to the left).

Step 4: Scroll down until you see Filtering.

Part 2: Setting these filters

Publicly listed is Yes: This is the default. You can change it as required.
โ€‹
โ€‹Add filter: This is where you organize your main filtering. You use the connectors 'and' + 'or' to mix and match between your CCB campuses, departments, publicly listed, and registration statuses.

This filtering logic is powerful (and a little complex). So we have given it its own article: https://help.display.church/en/articles/7890338-setup-events-filtering-logic

NOTE: The default is All Group types / All Areas / All Campuses / All Departments / All Meeting days / All Meeting times / Childcare / Publicly listed / Registration status = Open (available)/ All Demographics. In other words, if you do not select any filters, Display.Church will pull in CCB groups from all your campuses and departments provided those groups are publicly listed and have a registration status of 'open (available)'.

Campus
Department

Choose from the campuses and departments you have set up.

Publicly listed

Choose between yes and no.

Registration status

Choose between open (available) and closed (full).

Demographic

This corresponds to the Life Stage tag in Pushpay/CCB: adult, kids, parent.

Click on the blue Update button at the bottom to save your settings.
