Design: Events---Show date in card

If the event has a date, show it or not.

This design item allows you to choose whether or not to display a date in your main calendar view.

NOTE

This design item is not connected to the date shown on the image of your card. The design item that covers that date is named Card View Date Location. Here is its help desk article: https://help.display.church/en/articles/4900979-design-events-card-view-date-location

To find this design item...

Step 1: After you log in, click on Calendars.
Your Calendars List will display.

Step 2: Click on the name of the calendar with which you wish to work.

Step 3: Make sure you are in the Design tab.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Events section. Click on it to open the section.

Step 5: Locate the design item Show date in card.

Step 6: If necessary, toggle it on. The button will turn blue.

Step 7: Under the toggled on feature will be the date options.

Regular

Shows the day, date, and start/end times.

Compact

Shows the day, date, and start time.

Short

Shows the start/end times.

Example:

Step 8: Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.
