Session expired? Token need refreshing? Need to reauthenticate? Here's how:

Google Calendar Integration
(1) You will see a notice and re-authentication link in two places.
Place #1: In the left-hand most column of your Display Church screen.
Place #2: On your Integrations page. To get to your Integrations page, click on Integrations (button in the left-hand most column of your Display Church Screen).
(2) To begin the re-authentication process, click on either of the two links (see image above).
(3) The screen will refresh to your Google Calendar Update Integration page (see image below).
(4) Click on the Sign in with Google button (see blue arrow and box in image above). You will be redirected to Google to sign in and complete the process.
(5) At the end of the process, the screen will refresh to your Integrations page.
Note that now your Google Calendar Integration has been reactivated and is re-syncing (example in image above).
Planning Center (PCO) Integration
(1) You will see a notice and re-authentication link in two places.
Place #1: In the left-hand most column of your Display Church screen.
Place #2: On your Integrations page. To get to your Integrations page, click on Integrations (button in the left-hand most column of your Display Church Screen).
(2) To begin the re-authentication process, click on either of the two links (see image above).
(3) The screen will refresh to remind you what you are planning to do. Click on the turquoise Re-authenticate (gold box in image below).
(4) The process should happen automatically and be confirmed. Here is an example of the confirmation message below:
Click on GO TO INTEGRATIONS PAGE or whatever return option is given.
(5) The screen will refresh to your Integrations page.
Note that now your Integration has been reactivated and is re-syncing (example in image above).
All Other Integrations
| (1) Go to your Display.Church Integrations page. |
| (2) You will see a notice similar to this (see image to the left).
(3) Click on the turquoise Re-authenticate link. |
(4) The page will refresh to remind you what you are planning to do. Click on the turquoise Re-authenticate (gold box in image below).
(5) The process should happen automatically and be confirmed. The confirmation message will differ depending on the integration you are re-authentication. Here is an example below:
Click on GO TO INTEGRATIONS PAGE or whatever return option is given.
(6) The page will refresh to your Integrations page.
Note that now your Integration has been reactivated and is re-syncing (example in image above).
