Set up permissions + selection of events filters for your Planning Center groups

You can also filters by group type(s) and location(s).

Part 1: Finding these filters

Step 1: After you log in, click on Groups (orange highlighted tab in image to the right).

Your Groups page will open.

Step 2: Choose the group view you wish to modify.

Step 3: If you are not already in the Setup tab, click on Setup (brown box in image to the left).

Step 4: Scroll down until you see Filtering.


Part 2: Setting these filters

Add filter (turquoise box in image to the left): This is where you organize your main filtering. You use the connectors 'and' + 'or' to mix and match between your PCO group types, locations, tags, tag groups, and group statuses.

NOTE: The default is All Group Types / All Locations / All tags / All tag groups / Group status = Open. In other words, if you do not select any filters, Display.Church will pull in PCO groups from all your group types, locations, tags, and tag groups provided those groups have a group status of 'open'.

Choose from the group types, locations, tags, and tag groups you have set up.

Group status: Choose between open, closed, full, and private.

Click on the blue Update button at the bottom to save your selections.
